Southlands Leaseholds Inc is a boutique real estate company with international reach and a niche strategy.

We advise on, manage and invest in real property interests. We serve our founders together with select investors and developers with whom we collaborate. From Vancouver Canada our international reach extends west to our Hong Kong affiliate and east to our Brussels representative office in the heart of the European Union. Our vision focuses on the sustainable growth prospects of key “global cities”.

We are successful transactional professionals and asset managers with long experience in real property investment and related finance. We are entrepreneurial, seeking opportunity in complex urban markets using innovative approaches to leveraged investment. Our History

2013 – Hong Kong affiliate formed.

2014 – Incorporated in Canada as federal corporation number 9126210 with Vancouver offices.

2015 – Brussels representative office opened as enterprise number BE0633.982.003.

We research markets, structure transactions, conduct due diligence, work with financing partners and so on.
